Who we are

This website is run by Kitab Hut, a bookshop in Moosa, Mansa district, Punjab. Using the site means you accept what is written on this page.

Ordering

An order placed here is a request, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before it is packed. A sale is final only once we have confirmed it and posted the parcel. If a title has gone out of stock between your order and our call, we will tell you and either substitute it with your agreement or cancel that line.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. Free delivery across India. Pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. The delivery charge, if there is one, is shown at checkout before you pay. We do our best to keep every price on the site correct. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before charging anything and you are free to cancel.

Payment

Pay online through Razorpay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Cash on delivery is not being offered at the moment; when it is, the checkout shows it as an option.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in India. Parcels usually reach a Punjab address in two to four working days and the rest of India in four to eight. Those are honest estimates from experience, not guarantees, and courier delays and weather are outside our hands.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. We may close an account that is used to place false orders.
